Ordering
When you place an order with me you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that I have received your order. My acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. Please ensure you keep this email as it may be needed to be referred to should there be any issues with your order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
In the unlikely case of an error on the website, I will try to contact you to resolve the issue but I reserve the right to correct any errors and inaccuracies, update any information and/or cancel orders where necessary.
On the rare occasion that an item that you have ordered is out of stock I will contact you upon receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you are not satisfied with the alternative delivery date you will have the option to cancel (or amend) the order and I will provide you with a refund (or partial refund).
Payment
I accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, and payments via PayPal. Card payments are processed securely through payment portal Stripe.
Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, the order cannot be accepted.
All communication between the payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). I do not have any access to your data that is exchanged in connection with the purchase.
